This hat was designed by Peggy N Brown for the Surprise Doll featured at the May 2007 Houston Convention to fit the new Seeley's Lady dolls, Dianna Effner's 10 inch dolls, and Bleuette; or any doll head with a circumference or 6-7-inches. The front brim is tipped back in the center. The brim may be lined with pleated satin or lace, with the top edge embelished with flowers and/or feathers. The bonnet can be draped with velvet ribbon slightly twisted and wrapped over the top of the crown with long ties which may be fastened securely under the chin.

 039W is for the small dolls like Loulotte. Requires 5 yards of 1/4 inch hat braid sold separately or as part of a kit.
