This Victorian-inspired garden party hat has a very shallow top and a very wide flat brim. A ribbon across the top when tied, brings down the brim to fold over the sides of the head when worn. It fits Bleuette, Dianna Effner's 10 inch dolls, and Little Darlings or any doll head with a 6-7 inches head circumference.
